Our services encompass both prenatal and postpartum support.

  • Absolutely! After filling out the form, we will contact you and talk about what you submitted. Once matched with a doula, you will be led through a workbook to create a birth plan that encourages education, thought, + confidence around your birth experience.

  • Unfortunately most insurances do no cover doula costs. However, we do accept HSA and can provide superbills for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement!

  • Yes! We come up with a payment plan that works for both us and the family. We believe in what we do and want you to receive the care you deserve without the added stress!

  • 100%! All doulas have gone through training and hold DONA international standings.

  • That is up to the discretion of doula + mama. Typically, I say up to an hour is safe due to unpredictable labors and we want to make sure you receive the support we worked so hard together on!

  • In the very (and we mean very 🤞) rare occasion that your doula cannot attend your birth due to overlapping labors, illness, or emergency, we assign a backup doula to each family! You will have the opportunity to meet, ask questions, and utilize their services for any reasons if need be.

  • Our team is made up of independent contractors who pick their own fees. As this allows for variety and options, we work with you on budget to help you pick your team! If you are working with a specific budget, let us know in the inquiry.
